Welcome to DueGood! By accessing or using our compliance tracking platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use DueGood. If you are under 18, you may only use our Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
DueGood is designed primarily for nonprofit organizations, including 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) entities. While other types of organizations may use our Service, certain features are optimized for nonprofit compliance requirements.
You represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms and that you are authorized to access and manage the organizational data you upload to our Service.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to DueGood, including documents, files, and organizational data. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our Service.
Your data may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where our hosting infrastructure (Supabase and Vercel) operates. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
DueGood offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Current pricing and plan details are available on our website and may change with notice.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed through our payment processor (Stripe) and are subject to their terms and conditions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing cycle.
We do not provide refunds for unused portions of subscription periods, except as required by law or at our sole discretion. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using account closure features in your settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and DueGood individually. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be replaced with an enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of DueGood.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DueGood regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
